Sleep needed after Montek LC
Hi, can you plz tell me how many hours of sleep should one take if he/she is on Montek LC dosage? I take a good 7-8 hours of sleep yet I feel drowsy.

You will have a bit of drowsiness even if you sleep 7 8 hours.. If this continues change to montair fx which has the same effect without drowsiness
