For about 5 years now my sleep schedule has been reversed on and off no matter what I do. Even if I had school, I would go to sleep at 6am and wake up at 7. I'll sleep normally for about 2 weeks before it becomes reversed again. I've tried adhering to a strict schedule, which has worked for the past 2 weeks, but now I'm starting to not be able to sleep at night, and the cycle is starting again. Is my problem worthy of a doctor's visit? Why does my body do it anyway?
