- Can't sleep,
- I feel gassy/bloated and nauseous sometimes,
- I get tired quickly which has been going on for about 2 months.
- Pain radiates to my shoulders.
- I also hyperventilate.

Well it seems like symptoms of gastritis to me.. first thing is bring about changes in your routine..Try to have food on time whether you are hungry or not. Have atleast 8-10 glasses of water...Take small meals...You can eat 5 times a day...Avoid junk food, oily, spicy and fatty food..Do not lie down immediately after you take food..Stroll for atleast 20-30 min after eating...Have atleast 2 hours before you hit the bed...
