The best solution for that is to observe the speed of your thoughts during the day, normally we think 90000 thoughts a day and do not face any problems
However if your speed of thoughts have increased, the. mind will form that habit and will be unable to rest.
So be conscious of your thoughts. Practice mindfullness to reduce the speed of thoughts. This will definitely help you be restful at night
