Sleep disorder
My friend has a problem sleeping even after getting into bed at 12.30-1.30 am but still cant fall asleep till 4.30 am. Her morning schedule starts at 9.30 am and she feels tired the whole day. She already have a migraine problem so this sleeping problem quite often triggers migraine attacks and also causes to build up acidity till the level that she starts feeling dizzy and nauseous. Is it a good idea starting sleeping pill considering its side effects and getting used to them.? Also suggest some measures precautionary measures.

dear friend sleep apart from many other things is highly dependent on habit, it would help if your friend can come and discuss her daily routine with me and let us see if she is having a proper sleeping routine, sedatives ie sleeping tablets anr not a good idea to start with , maintaining a sleep discipline and a proper sleep hygiene works better , you can take an appointment with me or any other physician of your choice and near your place of residence and discuss out the issue that will be better alternative , please be quick about it because if once established insomnia is impossible to get rid of
