Hi, Snoring may be due to obesity, short neck and other reasons. You need to get evaluated for the same and accordingly you require treatment. You can get a sleep study done which may help u in deciding further treatment modalities. CPAP is being used and have been found to be effective. Consult a sleep medicine doctor and he may guide you accordingly.
