Taper it off.
Start taking a little less amount like half tablet daily so that you can sleep well but slowly adapt to a lesser dose of the medication.
If that works for a couple of weeks then make the half tablet every alternate days for another couple of weeks.
Then take it twice or thrice weekly and so on .
Slowly stop it over time
