Sleep Aid question
I have a quick question. Recently I have been reading that OTC sleep aids (Advil PM) may be linked to Alzheimer's. When I was in my 20's and 30's it was very common I would use this sleep aid. I am not in my late 39 and do not take sleep aids anymore. Am I at a increased risk? I can not find any articles on a early use and a later in life link to the disease.

Yes. There are no clear studies about early use. If u don't use it further and keep ur brain active the risk might significantly reduce. If u have any depression, anxiety or sleep disturbance do consult a psychiatrist and don't self medicate. Best wishes!!
