So you know the reason that's because of overthinking and so you couldn't get enough sleep plus night shift changes in the sleep rhythm. You could be treated with psychotherapy too. Since you need medications you are supposed to visit the doctor in order to get prescribed. Without assessing the anxiety or sleep pattern one couldn't move futher.
Next Steps
Psychotherapy
Doctor Consultation for medications
Health Tips
You have to choose whether you want to end the overthinking or you want to start consuming pills.

Hi... You will require a Psychiatric consultation to be prescribed any medications based on medical assessment of your condition. Sleeping pills or anti-anxiety pills are not prescribed immediately as our brain is likely to develop immunity and the same quantity of same pill won't remain effective for a long time. Ultimately, it is going to cause more harm than help. Anti-anxiety medications are primarily used to contain a neurochemical imbalance till the time our natural balance kicks-in or to support other mental health interventions like Psychotherapy, Lifestyle Changes, Physical Activity/Sport, Meditation, Yoga, etc. Try to understand this, your sleep cycles are being impaired out of your lifestyle or may be some mental health issues. You need to address those issues to address your condition. Consuming a pill as a quick fix may not help in your case.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
