Skipped beats while bending and sleeping

Good evening sir/ madam, am having skipped beats since few months mostly happens whenever i sleep on sides and when I eat or while am bending for anything there's always a skipped beat feels like my heart stops for a second and starts again am worried alot as am pregnant now 5months . Also this chest palpitations and pinching pain in chest and arm shoulder I had since 1 year done ecg echo both came normal that time thank you What is the most cause for skipped beat ?
