Skin whitening, scaling, irritation, cut
I have skin whitening in left hand index finger as shown in photo. Previously also I had similar problem in the back of right hand as shown in one photo and based on doctor advice I used eurosome cream at night and it got resolve in few days. But index finger issue is not getting resolved even after many applications of eurosome. It gets better for some days and then worse again. Also this time small cuts come and go in the affected area. Please suggest how to treat this.

Moisturise your skin with coconut oil after bath And a moisturiser with Shea butter , vitamin e paraffin during the day

Get re consult with dermatologist. Get ruled out whether it's not Psoriasis. Many aggregating and precipitating factors are there. For Psoriasis remission and recurrences are common. You may need oral medication. Continue moisturizer like white and soft paraffin regularly for twice a day.

Don't worry...you are suffering from psoriasiform dermatitis causing the problem... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription
