Any cream should not be used for a long time. Brite lite has Glycolic acid which which peels off the upper layer of the skin. Also can irritate . Any whitening product will work till you take it so Glutathione has to be taken in a high dose and for a long time. Every medication has side effects
So in my opinion use if there is a problem not otherwise and be proud of your complexion

Can’t use the cream for a long time.
Safer & effective creams available .
Need more details. Avoid tablets.
Avoid steroid based creams .
