Skin turning black at a certain region

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had a pimple a long time back on my cheek but ut grew and have turned a small area of my cheek black and it looks like a but burned area. I keep.on getting pimples there and if pressed strongly some puss always comes out of there. It has been years n still it is not healing at all.
