Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for it has to be determined. Most.of the times it's genetic, but inadequate sleep and nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked. Creams can be tried, but chemical peel works best for dark circles. You can consult me for details prescription Regarding acne at this age, it is usually a little resistant to treatment. Please do not get any parlour procedures done on your face. If there are no internal hormonal issues, it can be treated.
