  4. Skin tear. Time or it's something else?

Skin tear.
Hello, My daughter is having skin tear on the right  corner of lip and couple of red spots on the right cheek. They are itching. Currently just applying Vaseline. Are they due to winter and will disappear by time or it's something else?Please advise something to help this. Thanks.

It looks like impetigo  use mupirocin ointment twice daily for 5 days
