I have very prominent dark circles even when I get enough sleep every night and my hands have a very prominent tan so is my face and neck part .How to get rid of these two?

Get your eyes checked for vision. Avoid eye strain. Keep screen brightness moderate. There are very good treatments available which can take care of dark circles. The proper treatment regimen is possible only after a pigmentation analysis. For tanning, peel are a good option. Dr. Jolly Shah DNB Skin.
