Skin tags with hypothyroidism

I have skin tags which I want to get removed. But I have hypothyroidism. I want to know whether the recent reports of TSH is necessary to remove skin tags? I want to get it removed as soon as possible. And whether the report of TSH would affect the removal of skin tags?
