There are some skin tags near the vagina and anus area. They usually go away but its been over a week. And it hurts a bit. Should there be any concern?

Skin tags don’t hurt and don’t go away in a week if it is hurting must be inflammation
Next Steps
Take a course of antibiotics Tablet Taxim-o 200 mg twice a day for 5 days and local application of T-bact ointment
