Skin tag?.
There is what feels like a grain of sand on my anus and I looked at it. It is flesh colored. I messed around with it and now it is like hanging. I am wondering if it is a skin tag?. Had it over a year now.

External pile
Chronic fissure in ano
Wart
Since you have had it for over a year now it is unlikely to regress.
Removal of peri anal skin tag can be done after consulting with your surgeon.
