Skin tag in baby face

Asked for Male, 1 Years

From born onwards, my baby have skin tag. Already consult Dr. They told they will remove by laser cosmetic surgery. But I don't want as he is 8 month old baby and also he didn't have that much immunity to tolerate the laser therapy. Also I have gone through net, if I will do the laser therapy again it may appear. Guid
