Sir, I have problem with scars of pimple/acne on my face from past 5 fears. but the intensity is less. I want to know about any side effects of laser scar removal treatments and its medical authenticity. And are there any other harmless remedies/treatments for the same.

Hi . greetings . laser scar treatment is cent percent scientific and safe. It is based on stimulation of neo collagenogenesis concept. The results of improvement of several patients without any side effects stands testimony to this fact. Don't worry. If you don't want laser there are other treatments like micro needling, micro needling rf, subscision, etc. Kindly discuss these with you dermatologist. Hope this helps
