This could be coz of Seborrheic Dermatitis of the scalp and manifesting with breakouts over the forehead. Check if u have dandruff. Climate could be another reason for this breakout. It go away without treatment or you may need many repeated treatments before the symptoms go away. Daily cleansing with a gentle soap and shampoo can help reduce oiliness and dead skin buildup.
But consult a Dermatologist for a proper evaluation of the lesions present.
