Hey I have these types of black spots on everywhere in my body. There are atleast 25-30 such spots. I feel like they have come in just last 3-4 months. I have these on my testicles too. Is it contagious?

It's kind of fordyce spots ..tht are need to be removed by laser and you need a cream topical anti fungal tht will reduce tht spot plus new spot will not occur
