Skin related problem
He has a dark patch in the centre of his foot . It is itchy when its dry and has cracks too. Here is the picture of the affected area. He applied candid b cream yesterday night and some Vaseline. It looks like that in the morning.

I cannot diagnose this on photos. Please call me.and visit my clinic for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. Most likely it's keratoderma due to some inflammatory condition.
