I've a combination skin which gets dries out when washed with a cleanser and I get all these whiteheads and cysts over my face occasionally.. Don't know what to do

Use a milder cleanser if it drying your face. There are cleansers available for semsitive skin in most pharmacies but I cannot recommend any particular one. Use a moisturiser after washing. A water based gel moisturiser is ideal for mildly oily skin that dries after using a cleanser. For treatment of white heads and cysts please visit a dermatologist near you. You will need some prescription products depending on the type of pimples and cysts you have. In some cases you may need tablets as well. The medicines will be decided by the doctor you meet.
