The problem started with those initial red spots and then aggravated to what can be seen in other image. Im unable to figure out what it is. It was only in hands before but not the small spots visible in first pic are seen on the parts of the body leg stomach chest and back. Im taking Allegra and applying propynate nf lotion...and yeah its very itchy

It looks like a pityriasis roasea infection which is a viral Infection and last for 6 to 8 weeks.
Continue tab Allegra and and take tab erythromycin 500mg three times a day if u not allergic to any medicine. And apply clonate F cream mixed with elovera cream on whole body twice a day.
