  4. Skin Rashes. Please help me on this!

One year back,I am facing skin allergy along with rashes and itching sensation only on my hands and around my neck.Now again am facing the same issue.Previous doctor suggested it is due to lack of vitamins so he gave multi vitamin tablets and blood purifier syrup.Please help me on this
