Skin rashes on face&leg. On leg also!

Hi. This rash looks like lichen planus which is an autoimmune condition. It stays for 2 to 5 years. Sometimes 10 to 20 years. Definitely its treatable. You need to get few blood investigations done. The treatment options for this topical steroids, tacrolimus etc. But you need internal/oral medications like steroids, methotrexate, acitretin etc. Phototherapy is also one option. For that you have to meet a nearby good dermatologist in person. Or You can come and visit our clinic for further evaluation and treatment. As of now apply moisturex soft lotion moisturizing cream on wet skin morning and night. Take tab levocetrizine 5mg at night for itching. I wouldn't prescribe any steroid creams niw as it could lead to abuse.
