Skin rashes
Identified rashes on hands and neck exposed skin to sun. Particularly when I go out in the sunny day it is aggravating. It is itchy, small little swelling. Used sun screen lotion, not completely cured. Should I use always? Should I cover my skin exposure to sun?

Hi. Greetings. This could be something called PMLE . or allergy due to sun exposure in simple terms. I would however refer you to see a dermatologist in person for confirmation of diagnosis or send in your photos on private chat. You'll need to use a good sunscreen of atleast spf 30 half hour before sun exposure. Also you'll need under prescription moderate potent TCS creams for short duration upto two weeks. Wear full armed sleeved clothes, cap or hat and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Hope this helps.
