Skin rashes
I took the deep tissue massage at art of living yesterday morning , they use ayurvedic oil for massage. since yesterday night i am getting rashes on whole body and face. i believe i am allergic to sesame oil , as last year i had similar rashes when i used ramdev kesh kanti oil which had sesame oil. I took Allegra and applying Calsoft lotion. my whole body is itching badly. please suggest quick remedy.

You probably have developed allergic contact dermatitis. Consider starting antihistamines available as OTC and a bland moisturiser till you see a Dermatologist
