I have red, patchy facial skin from past one week. I am using a mild aloe vera gel and vicco turmeric. The skin rash on the left side of my face has reduced but not on the right side. I have a dry skin and it becomes very dry & cracky. What should i do?

Use a good moisturiser like cetaphil cream and please see a dermatologist. Avoid other over the counter creams for now
