Do not worry may be due to hormonal changes ,avoid sunlight bath,exposures to hit & cold apply moisturiser lotion over affected parts

Well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits to be taken on daily basis. Drink plenty of water. Take capsule Evion-600 mg on alternate days for 3 months. Capsule Livogen once daily for 6 months.
