Acne is a very common dermatolgy issue even in adults. Need a good long holistic approach including topicals + lifestyle management +/- orals +/- procedures . Good thing is it is very well managable , need to consult for medicines as per your grade etc. Black pigmentation also needs examination and history for finding cause ( for eg obesity, friction etc) and treatment accordingly.
