Skin problem
My complexion of forehead , chin and upper lips area is dark as compared to the rest of the face..all over my face has a dark and light skin tone..its uneven..how can i make my face tone even and fair..please help me with some tips..and also i have a lot of facial hair..above lip ,below lip and on my cheeks portion.

It seems like you have a frictional pigmentation. This can have many causes most common being constant touching and rubbing of skin on those areas. It can also be related to weight gain. Increased facial hair and pigmentation also suggests a hormonal imbalance for which you should see a endocrinologist (hormone specialist). Laser hair removal can be considered as an option for the increased facial hair.
