Skin problem, itching
Hello doctor,
I have small Dane near inner thighs, and pubic area with so much itching, when I do itching on that, they becomes dry n whitish.
I have tried several treatment, but they come again and again.
Currently I am using ketoconazole cream and surfaz powder. Both are not working and infection is spreading day by day. Plz help me

A photograph was needed to understand what problem are facing exactly. However it seems you are facing fungal infection. If it has not subsided with creams and powders then you will need oral medicines to control the infections and itching as well.Sometimes if the fungus is resistant to a drug then in that cases changing the medicine is useful. Please consult a dermatologist for treatment or you can send me a photo on private chat. Keep the area dry. Avoid self medication as sometimes they contain steroids which can be harmful.
