Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have very big pimple on my face(cheeks, forehead and now spreading to neck) they are very big and very deep.. See pictures.. I was consulting a dermatologist 6months back but stopped because those medicines were not effective (almost 1year). The treatment came till giving accutane. pls suggest some medicines.
