Thanks for the query. I did not get your question properly. You mean on the sides of your nose. This could be a condition called Seborrheic dermatitis where such a cream may be advisable for a short duration (less than 2 weeks). Hope it helps you. If you are talking about the dots on the nose, they need a different approach.
