Skin problem blemish or pimple

Hello doctor ... I used A ret gel 0.025% or Glyaha-Koj for my skin problem (for blemishes or pimple)...i used it since 4yrs almost recover it n some time pimple formed blemishes lil more clear..but my skin is become very senitive ...n if i refuse to use it ,will form again ...so what should i do to clear my face problem permanantly wt shud i do?
