Dear Sir, I have US FDA CO2 laser which gives wonderful results for resurfacing and rejuvenation. Black and white heads wouldnt have that good a response with CO2 laser. For that, expression of the lesions with yellow peel or retinoids would have a better effect. Hope this was helpful.
