Prickly heat or medically called miliaria is a common condition in hot weather. Anyone can develop it but more so who stay outdoors. It causes itching sometimes. The best solution is to stay indoors and it will resolve automatically. For faster results a OTC anti-allergic medication plus a soothing calamine based lotion can be applied.
