Skin pigmentation, itching, achne feelin

Hi i have sensitive pigments kind of thing on my face.it gets dry and iritation, itching. i can clearly see pigmentation spreading on face. its not smooth any more. i dont use anything apart from facewash/soap.. i m male 25 years..please suggest.

Hi.Thanks for the query. First of all you should use proper sunprotection in the form of sunscreen and oral antioxidants.For the dryness and itching use desowen cream for 10 days twice a day.If the problem still persists see a dermatologist in person.
