Face has dark patches of pigmentation ( mostly on forehead and cheeks ) from last 2-3 years.Have visited many skin specialists and have also used the medicines they prescribed but no result. Then used Melas Alpha cream from last 7-8 months , the patches sometimes get light and sometimes get dark again. Have also been using sunscreen lotion but still the problem still persists.

There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for proper treatment.
