Skin Pigmentation & Acne
I have skin Pigmentation problem since 2 years and was prescribed to use Aziderm, Demelan and spf 30+ sunscreen lotion, within a month the brownish scar faded away on my nose. A scar on the same place started appearing again couple of months back, also i got red acne on both the cheeks. This time I am prescribed with Lamlite cream and spf 50 lotion, i have been using since then but seems to be no results. I really want a good and permanent solution for my problem. Thanks

Thanks for the query. Dark spots could mean many things. I assume what you mean is probably post acne pigmentation or post inflammatory pigmentation. Targeting through a single agent may not always be fruitful. Meet a qualified Dermatologist to learn more about the diagnosis and treatment options. Combination of different therapeutic agents is always beneficial. Revlite I.e. Q-switched Nd YAG laser has been available for stubborn pigmentation and can be helpful when topical creams fail. Hope it helps.
Next Steps
A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
