Skin on penis swollen suddenly today
Skin on penis swollen today suddenly, also seems there are rashes on the skin from few months. I have no sexual issues. Some times when I don't had sex for days then I feel the area behind the skin is dry, I think it's usual for any body. I used to clean with water every day while taking bath. Pls explain or suggest

It might balanitis.
Try using
1.ointment candid b
2. Tab augmentin 625mg
3. Tab hifenac d
While bathing make sure u gently drag back foreskin to clean off white material that's accumulated called smegma.
Also get ur FBS and PPBS TEST done to rule of diabetes mellitus.
