Hi...excess hair fall with early greying...typical stress induced pattern...both can be corrected by following a better lifestyle. It has been proven scientifically that greying of hair is due to death of pigment cells in hair which is brought about by the free oxygen radicals produced during stress.
Next Steps
you will need medications to control your hairfall and greying. for this I suggest you contact my secretary via a Google search to set up. an appointment.
Health Tips
a stress reducing lifestyle includes sleeping at 10pm every night and eating every 4-5 hours whilst awake. one more thing that will help is sitting in direct sunlight every morning between 7 and 8.
