I apply Himalayas baby soap Moisturizer my skin But after soap use or after some tym of applying moisturizer my skin near neck nd below neck become as in pictures .. Many chemist say jst because i m underweight coz my age is 22nd body weight is 34 My haemoglobin level is also low including the calcium level Suffering from this since this year from march Want a proper cure please suggest .. Its doesn't pain itch or sweel jst its become dry red nd skin peel off some
