Thanks for the query.
Chemical peel is an extremely safe procedure and usually suits most of the skin. However the choice is made by your dermatologist and should be done only after a test peel.
There can be many complications of a chemical peel if it goes wrong and includes redness, swelling and pigmentation apart from the mental agony.
D-acne is a trade name and sounds like a tube designed to have some role in acne by antibiotic action. Hope it helps.
