Thanks for the query. I didn't get you exactly. Though they are certain machineries available to improve the skin tone, they don't change the colour drastically.its refinement of your looks. I advise you to have realistic approach and be happy. Dusky complexion is beautiful and what you should aspire is a healthy skin and body.
