I am 29 M with no medical history. Having a big lesion under armpit from 4-5 days. It pains on touching but there is no itching. What is this and how to get rid of it? Photo attached

this seems like an infective lesion. it may improve on oral medicine and ointments. if it increases in size or becomes painful then you might need pus drainage
