40 years uncle having this lesion since Two months . It has pain and itching which increases at night. Applied some local creams but no relief. Kindly help

This is a Lichenified Chronic eczema. Lichenification refers to an area of hard, thickened skin. It generally results from continual rubbing or itching. Dry skin could be aggravating factor for the same. Consult a Dermatologist.
